Run by Karl Nicholson, the company has been supplying design and build services to domestic clients since 2000. It's our belief that teamwork makes the dream work, which is why Karl and his father Graham work alongside professionals in niche trades to deliver a full design and build service for home and garden.

We specialise in bathroom designs, kitchen designs, carpentry and joinery, loft conversions, home extensions and full interior and exterior build.

From our base in Wokingham, Berkshire, K Design and Build will travel to sites in Hampshire, Surrey, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and West London for building contracts.
